Check-in and check-out Times
Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 noon. If these times conflict with your travel arrangement, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Prices and Payments
Prices are in EUR and subject to change. At the time of booking a 40% deposit via wire transfer is required to confirm the reservation. The rest of the payment is due upon check out.

Cancellation policy
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-book a room. For this reason, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking you should write an e-mail to sandb@surfandbreakfast.com as soon as possible.
Refunds on deposits due to cancellations follow the scheme below:
- until 30 days prior to check-in 100%
- until 15 days prior to check-in 50%
- until 8 days prior to check-in 10%
- less than 8 days prior to departure 0%
Re-bookings or changes of contract to someone else will be charged € 25.
